The SP moved from 15 to 20 (i.e. up 33%) in a couple of weeks. I noted a wall of sellers appeared after it got over 20c and they then chased the price down.
I would suspect a few traders jumped on the run up and then turned to sellers once they made a good short term gain.
To me this slump is just the consequence of the time frame for positive news being pushed out. Nothing just around the corner to hold up the price. The value of the company has not changed and should be higher once the new machines are contributing to the business.
Once the new BLG300II is up and running, in theory, BLG should be able to generate more Epiblu revenue.
I suspect many potential customers will be waiting now for scale up on the AIXG4 before considering a production trial. I believe the AIXG4 will produce revenue via Epiblu before it is eventually sent to a trial site. Looking forward to hearing what the production quality is like (i.e. yield).
At any point in time, BLG could make an announcement about technology development, particularly in relation to tunnel junctions. Again, Epiblu can be used to deliver the technology to customers in the same way BLG worked with Lumileds. I also look forward to hearing any progress on the next steps for Lumileds work with RPCVD.
Have a look at the 5yr chart. The BLG SP never travels in a straight line to final value (?). If you believe in BLG's future, a depressed SP can be a good opportunity. I remember my despair when the SP was 5.5c and questioned my sanity when I bought some more. I was a genius at 53c and a mug at 15c.
