    it is simple, someone has known in advance or believe there are some other competitor will come in for acquire OPC

    because initial price for acquire OPC is so good for UWL

    then the short finish until tuesday, because UWL did great block stake on OPC . also bevan jump on the train of UWL.
    , many institution support UWL, include regal, wilson , ausbill, etc.
    then the short guys start buy back now.
