I think you need to be careful about dismissing the possibility of TM producing more false positives. Breast cancer treatments can cause swelling due to inflammation and would be detected by TM as a 'trigger'. TM can detect swelling but how would it determine that the swelling was due to inflammation or a genuine case of lymphoedema?
