You are correct that the text of the 4C states as a new item for this quarter only ".......and bonus payment for the CEO and Managing Director."
To identify the amount look at Item 6.1 Payments to Related Parties.
Under Item 6.1 in the 3 months ended 30 June the Company paid related parties (ie the MD & BOD) $270,000. In the prior 3 months ended 31 March 2023 the Company paid related parties $176,000. The difference of approximately $94,000 is identified in the 4C commentary as a bonus payment to the CEO.
