The market does not reflect the value of a stock. With the likes of PAB (and others) there are always players that aren't interested in the value of the stock but simply the opportunity it presents in trading. For instance, a junior oi/gas explorer/producer is selling at 3c in spite of having an income of $30 million and assets of over 12c/share. Investors (not traders) who do their homework and realise the value of their investment aren't bothered by fringe dwellers ( I.E, fly in fly out) .
