Nothing is proven yet.
Efficacy in human (preferably in FDA approved trials) over the current standard of care is what is needed. PAB may have several years to go before they are at that point. Possibly Big Pharma makes an early offer but unlikely before some early results in human trials. I'm interested and keep an eye on the developments. PAB needs to be de-risked further before I will invest. Happy to wait and pay a little more for that.
