James has stated a number of times the fact that 60% of deals are done in biotec pre clinical trials.
The DX1 and DX3 have been proven in the lab on mice - I agree that's not conclusive for it to assume it works on humans but there is a very high probability it will when the CDMO fixes it's issues.
If PAB becomes de-risked the sp will be mulitples of 1.6c!
