Humanized Mice as a Valuable Pre-Clinical Model for Cancer Immunotherapy Research
Using both humanised antibodies and humanised mice in pre-clinical study can greatly increase the chance of success in clinical human trials.
As far as I remember, Patrys has ever mentioned the use of humanised mice in its prior anns. Also, PAT-DX3, as we all know, is a full-sized, humanised antibody version of its dimerisedantibody fragment PAT-DX1.
