I only invest on the fundamentals. SPA has never looked more credible than the latest business update. The ARR should be approaching $15m this time next year on forecast growth rates with expenses currently running at $12m annually. Allow some R&D investment and still plenty left. The Board will not provide this level of detail so you have to work it out for yourself based on what you have been told.
For those selling because they think the company will run out of cash. On a quick review of 3.5c and 6c options there is more than the PAM loan being raised in the next 12 months and PAM can exercise at 5c anyway. Leave the haters to do their best in the interim. DYOR.
