@Twodogs196 Perhaps the contrarian view is that they have been blindsided by the fact that things are taking longer than expected, the fact that a few decisions have gone against them ,because the payors didn't take into account the changed guidelines. I had stacks more questions, which focussed on details, but perhaps they would not have answered them directly anyway.
