One of my suggestions was the possibility of making a video to act as a calling card, so that fewer sales people would be needed - the introductory work would be done for them. Something like - "Here is what you should be doing for patients, and here is our value proposition for you - and they happen to coincide."
Would anyone with a sales background say whether that sounds feasible? I can still suggest it , by email and at the AGM. The US is such a big place to cover even with nine salespeople.
