@Acclivity Can you clarify how is churn rate greater than sales?
Isn't churn an annualised figure? 3% pa. against 1,000 units globally gives 30 per annum. IPD sold 19 in Q1, annualising to 76 per annum.
Obviously the sales figure needs major improvement, but based my understanding above it is incorrect to say it's below churn.
