i have been concerned about the selling activity/culture and systems to support it in IPD. I know RV believes that the back end systems in IPD are very poor.... they need a new ERP, CRM system for their CSM's........ and I realise this costs money, effort time and planning.... especially when you are 80 employees . in many organisations this is a 2 year process from beginning of planning /business requirements .... then vendor/implementation partner selection and rfp process..... and then to implement and bed down the new applications .... this could be another huge distraction and then excuses for mgt for performance

Well, who is supposed to have been monitoring all these things , which now suddenly appear as problems? Are they things that the previous board should/could have been monitoring? Do the new board members have the skills - certainly the old board did not seem to
