I believe that they managed to line up buyers for the seller/s. Then the cross- trade was organised - perhaps all in -house with a broker maybe initially putting out feelers, telegraphing to instos & brokers that they had a tranche of ImpediMed a holder wished to divest.
Outcome was that Wilson’s brokers organised and Wilson’s or buyers took up the shares.
