After trying Kava regularly for the past 4 months, I will certainly be making it a fixture in my regular routine going forward.

I currently use it both for therapeutic reasons (anxiety/sleep) and also recreationally to replace casual drinking at home. Every now and then I casually drink to get to the same level of relaxation as I do kava, only to feel the tapering off "comedown" and hangover the next morning. For that reason, plus maintaining mental clarity, kava has replaced the couple nights per week casual drinking from my routine.

Using it before working/reading/relaxing is also the perfect complement that I recommend anxiety sufferers trying, decreasing anxiety and keeping mental clarity.

Cant wait for functional teas and powders to be allowed to be commercially sold in Australia this year!
