I think the question we should all ask it “what is our sales to market cap ratio we deem appropriate for a +50% growing company?”
im guessing about 3x.
so at USD$40m that’s about A$58m. At 3x that’s A$174m market cap. Therefore there is a 67% upside to our current price and a fair price at 60cents per share.
the next question I would ask is if you hold this for 5 years and they grow at 40% CAGR, what is the price in 5 years from now? I’m guessing we will be at about $3.2 at that run rate with no more market cap raises.
