Yes a short term effect on sales upsets some people but ultimately will create better outcomes this year!

April showing revenue returned growth values already
6 m pa savings in new sales restructure
more clinical data available 24
still BEP 24 and hold guidance 36-40 m
short term debt facility setup - only if necessary
Zero debt the company

I personally accumulate more in 30s. Very bullish - even more now; but I am a LT holder and always a 10 year hold and accumulate for me.
