Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern
We draw attention to Note 2.4 in the financial report, which indicates that the Group incurred a net loss of $10.945
million, net cash outflows from operations of $6.65 million and net cash outflows from investing activities of $1.410
million during the half-year ended 31 December 2023. As stated in Note 2.4, these events or conditions, along with
other matters as set forth in Note 2.4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on
the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our conclusion is not modified in respect of this matter.
