Hi all,

Yesterday afternoon we released our Appendix 4C and quarterly activity report for Q3 2020. We are pleased to report a quarter of strong progress for Imagion, and the milestones achieved during this period have now led us to the cusp of commencing our Phase I study for MagSense.

As you’re aware, these milestones included submission of our study plan for HREC approval, which was received earlier this month. Manufacturing and clinical site preparations continued during this period and remain on-schedule to commence the study in this current quarter as planned. Another important activity was successfully raising $4.8 million in an oversubscribed placement, which has strengthened our balance sheet and provided working capital to complete the Phase I study and accelerate development of our technology and pipeline beyond the study.

It’s an exciting time for Imagion and we look forward to providing further updates in the current quarter.
