Oh, I must have missed the update. I thought the $50m was conditional on success (oh dear), and I think any other deal is an if at best. Japanese revenue is minuscule and already faceted in to the 2.7 quarters.
So, it’s quite frightening to understand that this company has only 2.7 quarters of Cash on hand with the only contingency being prospective deals which are conditional and not inked in a finalised agreement, assuming your speculation that a deal is even being negotiated.
