Not sure how you drew this conclusion from wording of this paragraph.
The paragraph says 'it intends to meet with the FDA...' - which means it hasn't as yet.
The paragraph also says 'Concurrently, MSB will also explore potential strategic initiatives...' - which means they haven't as yet.
Therefore, it appears nobody is currently in CHF discussion with MSB.
I actually find this hard to believe if this were actually true. The wording doesn't lie.
