Hi MSB'ers, I've just reviewed the recent 4C and MSB specified 14% reduction in mortality across the whole population of the 217 patients in the ARDS section of the report. I don't recall this figure being discussed as the focus has been rightfully on the overwhelming results under 65 but it would be considered in my view as another supportive figure for an EUA if statistically significant. I wasn't able to deduct the figures published to result in 14% reduction across the full cohort.
Would appreciate any support on resolving this mystery re the % reduction across the whole population and whether it is statistical significant (p value below 0.05).
Apologies if I am missing anything obvious.
