the tone of progressive announcement since our expected approval..has clearly been directed at the FDA, ie here is what the FDA wanted, and we are dressing each of there concerns. they are directing us to the path the approvals and we are doing what they want ... on their advice.
but in some ways this was done before, FDA then said.
will after this more direct approach, doing all that the FDA wanted now turn around after setting the parameters AGAIN turn around and said NO, and think of something else to put in our way? ... and if NO, will legal action and a senate enquiry result...
seems we are playing their game by their rules, so it would look like a slap in their own faces if they then said nope.
