I forgot to add that in the midst of the gloom about the quarterly and the talk about nothing happening for ages and/or wasted opportunity, the running financials are only a part of the story. This is still an early stage growth company and not a dividend mill, at least not for a considerable time and things will be lumpy from time to time, like yesterday.
The previous incremental growth milestones which have been liberally sprinkled throughout the announcement chain for some time will dry up as has been touched upon recently by AJX management and will be relegated to informal email shareholder communications which will likely have little impact on the price behaviour. We have already seen this recently and I think this is a sensible move by the company.
Unless we have misjudged or been misled about the opportunities out there for this technology, it would be surprising if there won't be major milestones announced from time to time as the technology becomes established in various segments of the market. IMO these milestones will be signiicant movers of the SP trajectory as has already been demonstrated by the May 23rd announcement when the SP rocketed.
For some (including me) this 4C is really just short term noise and for some with differing objectives and styles it will be untenable and they will move on as we have seen already in the closing auctionyesterday with probably a bit more to come. That is the market and differing expectations playing out, nothing new there.
