Whilst it is unclear whether the $22m represents one year of Ohm (2,000 units) or 3 years (~666 units), I would argue if the Ohm is saving our clients money, they would have no reason to get rid of their Ohm. Hence although not definite, it is probable this will be ongoing annuity, whether that be p.a or per 3 years as another poster has suggested.
