They'll be bleeding cash for a while yet. They have set themselves up for a big ramp up in sales in Q1 - CY2017. It will be interesting to see if the rate of adoption in the US will be as fast as Australia. I'm assuming they have been working closely with the KOLs to ensure early adoption is significant, otherwise we will need another CR.
They can't afford delays beyond this CY for FDA clearance.
