How much value can you place on OSL when its competitor Advanced Medical Isotope Corp (OTCMKTS:ADMDD) has a market cap of $3m and is seeking FDA approval for its product. Granted OSL has A$13.8m cash whilst Advanced Medical Isotope Corp needs funds i believe.
Both companies are seeking to treat cancer with targeted therapies using biodegradable injectable products , the half life of Y-90 isotope used by Advanced Medical Isotope Corp is only 2.7 days compared to Phosphorus 32 isotope with a half life of 14.3 days used by Oncosil . Which is more advantageous ??
The use of yttrium 90 (Y-90) for treatment of cancers is well established - used by Sirtex
