Not that i know exactly what that cost entails, but i believe from previous announcements they are preparing the Titomic USA office, they moved the Aus Headquarters and i'm sure there is cost associated with the integration of Dycomet..
As for the higher staff cost, they've acquired two small companies in the last year those people need to be paid.
There is also the license payment TTT must make to the CSIRO, i believe it is mostly profit based but there is a flat yearly fee of $200k i thought i saw. I believe i saw the research costs from previous CSIRO R&D agreement finish at the end of the 2021 FY but i could be wrong there
