They are building a pilot clean (reduced emissions) coal power station in India instead. Will probably go global after that once the power station is switched on. They also have a cleaner way of producing steel. Heaven help the idea of creating jobs in Australia manufacturing stuff here instead of importing it!
Cheap power = cheap steel and cheaper everything.
