LoI's and MOU's for a company that has zero material contracts (like XPE) are indeed worthless
But for BUD, who have a hatful of major contracts with extremely robust organisations, tells me their LoI is a precursor to a contract - I would be amazed if this UK LoI does not materialise well before christmas
