I did think overnight about selling out this morning for a tidy profit..but missed a lot of upside.

The reasons why I am thinking of selling:
$41.25M market cap quarterly of $2M revenue (less than expected) and loss of $800K.. Basically missed my projection by $1M revenue and $800K expenses but expect that to be ramp up of production so it isn't going into say admin costs... staff costs seem VERY high. This is not a quarterly of a $40M business and carries a lot of premium. As we have said this quarter should improve but when will those results be realised?

No PR firm and not confident in director (albeit he owns a lot of shares) so this is a plus. I hope he isn't a typical stubborn SE Asian middle aged male and is smart enough to allow someone professional to run PR , communications, investor updates etc.. We have just received Q and full with errors and more of this will decimate company.

They may have just missed the total hype and momentum (money flow) which would have set a much higher support level and this has damaged brand etc... We know from broker reports this is ALL retail exiting but for this to rise again (sustainably) in my opinion it is going to need one heck of a re-brand and image with solid PR/investor updates, and improved FA.

There are plenty of reasons to hold and maybe some to buy... but for me it is a hold (and feeling not so good about it). I feel a base of $30M market cap is more aligned to this P&L and upside and once they have proven up all of the above then it is an easy buy!!! So really for the sake of a few cent changes may not be worth selling and holding on may be worth it (unless you want to sell out and buy in lower).

If you compared the prior quarterly the company is above expectations as in the prior quarter they guided for a March quarter revenue of $1,5m. They hit $1.93m.

Also in the quarter there was a corresponding increase in inventory and production and salaries of around $500k. This cost is attributed to their Covid-19 response which is a investment for growth

Most of the prior sales orders will be booked in the June quarter as their payment terms are 50% on order and 50% on shipment.

Their current capacity is around 400k bottles with the 10 bottlers that are part of our supply chains
