It’s a genius move by SKN. Imagine the dilution you would have to endure to raise that sort of funding through CR. Oh wait, you know already because that’s what your management just did.
Short term finance is a much better deal for shareholders than a CPA.
But I guess when your existing debt facilities are maxed out and all you’re doing is paying interest, those types of deals probably aren’t on the table.
Not to mention not even generating a gross profit. Lol.
