Exactly. The raises were all done around this level or higher and Acuity has now left the building. The last report stated no capital raises on horizon.

SKN will most likely have to raise capital again and THEY ALREADY have a higher registry than HCT. They also have 120mil or whatever options so IF they come into play that is monster dilution.

If they draw down more of that $10M at 15% they will risk being too far ahead of the revenue curve to pay back and drown even faster so expect this being propped up for a capital raise. Will it be around 12c or 16c or 18.33c like HCT raised? nope. And it WILL add more dilution (which again is already above HCT register)....

I genuinely feel next week will have a flood of HCT holders coming back into take a position for the next leg up.! I know I will be moving my other 500k order up the totem pole.
