Revenue of $2M per quarter and they are paying interest on what $852K over 240 months at 5.2%? That is a very insignificant amount..Maybe you should look at investing in this horse as well....
Oh but wait SKN have already drawn down $250K of the $10M at 15% calculated over 12 months. How much more to get them into sales ready business? It is a massive amount from cash flow to pay down debt at 15% interest .....
That interest rate over 12 months is the equivalent of a bank giving an 18 year old with a coke habit $50k unsecured at 15% to go to ibiza with and pay it back in 12 months.
