GICC is not applying for TGA approval. HCT is. HCT owns the products they produce. They have the distribution rights for the M3 HVAC system outside America. HCT have been applying for various tests and certifications for the products in their own right globally. That side of things I'm not concerned with, we just need approvals to come through and sales contracts to follow.
