It seems like he provided a quote of 4 million to a Turkish prospect and that formed the basis of the 3-5 mio in expected sales guidance. Following that logic, it seems that the 17 to 20 mio, refers to deals that have either been quoted or is a back of the envelope prediction based on their discussions. I think Jeff is naive to provide revenue guidance in investor updates on just providing a quote, and the team have been persistently optimistic regarding opportunities out there.
