It would be a bad look if CDY raised below 3.4c but if they need additional funds immediately for the US roll out they probably aren't in the strongest position. I think CDY really may have needed to get at least $5m from oppy conversions. You could argue they can kick the research and trial can down the road a little further but if they need funds for the revenue generating US Evolis roll out, I don't think it's insanity or breach of faith to raise below 3.4c. It's probably just the reality of playing the poor hand they have been dealt.
