Wow, the patent office literally used the wikipedia definition for beneficiation.
Anyway, this looks like a standard "please explain" to my science eye. It appears they have confused the iron ore as the thing to be beneficiated, instead of the natural gas. That's on their side, but I see most of the other objections here are for clarity, which is very usual for anyone coming from a science background into the law/patent area.
