again they are blaming poor collections for the disparity between revenue and cash receipts-- the same excuse as last quarter! three months and nothing's changed. customers are not paying up--- I wonder why!
and now they want to begin billing at the beginning of each month for each pool, which in itself sounds like a good idea, however, the pricing structure means customers pay regardless of how many times they access the pool. To me that sounds like they are overreaching and will drive away customers. Nobody likes paying for things they don't use, and the fact that 1PG is adopting this payment structure suggests that customers are not using the system very much.
