As many keep saying: This is about validating the business model. And clearly they are having some problems getting people to use and pay for the offering. Reading between the lines it appears clients did not find the Source 2 offering useful or *better* than what is already out there (i.e LinkedIn). And that's the crux of the matter: This needs to be significantly better than LinkedIn (and provably so) for recruiters to justify the switch and payments to their HR departments.
Receipts are a reflection of that.
