    Let me be clear ..you can send an invoice dependant on deliverables . You can then book this as recievables legally. The reality is receivables NEVER match actual cash reciepts. Which means your optimism is wrongly placed. With only a few clients then you expect receivables to be plusnor minus 1-2% out. If you have millions of clients then its reasonable to expext -5% due to cash collection.
