Considering the 1-Page candidate assessment software is all about what candidates can do for an employer, and how well they sell themselves in the form of a 1 page proposal in response to a business problem or challenge, it is therefore not of great importance IMO how much "data" is on the candidates profile, or how often it is updated. From how I understand it, since the Branchout Network is based on the facebook platform, the only candidate information that is pulled in from facebook is their name, their friend connections, their current and previous empoyers, and the city they currently live in. Of most importance to customers of 1-Page is to find the most 'connected' candidates who have submitted highest quality proposals. By 'connected' I mean, to their current employees, and therefore are most likely to be 'sticky' recruits. Also it is important to note, the CEO has mentioned how the product integrates with Linkedin. How exactly that works i'm not sure. Me personally, I haven't bothered updating my Linkedin profile in ages. Why is that? I'm a 'passive' job seeker, and therefore am not actively looking for another job. So the 1-page product would work perfectly for people like me, who would respond much more positively to being referred to a job opportunity from a person I am friendly with.
