If you click on thw price tag on the top left of this HC page you will see it says 1PG has a MC of $145.7 mill. This is correct and at 1.22/share that works out at around 119 mill shares. There is another 9 mill to be added now after the 2 strategic investors the other day and I am sure I read somewhere that there is yet another 7.5 mill to be issued as part of the branch out purchase but I need to investigate that one a bit further.

Now I expect a comprehensive TA analysis from you in return for missing that, all the bells and whistles please, as I value seeing it especially as I am still wanting to add to my holdings and both TA/FA help with this situation!

I soaked a heap at $1.21 the other day due to the gap, but I could have got a bit better although my volume might have pushed the friendship a bit
