I read somewhere the other day, in an article I think, that the 7.5mill shares was when the price was 52c/share but that as the price increased the number of shares decreased to make the same dollar value...so if the SP was 6 x 52c then the number of shares would be 7.5mill/6 = 1.25 mill shares. I don't know if that is right....it doesn't sound right. I would think 7.5 mill shares no matter what the price. No matter, I think they got Branch Out at fire sale prices anyway.
