Implied mkt cap @ $26m. I know what brokerage firm I'd go to to raise funds for a tech biz - bell potter. Haven't seen revenue, etc, but I bet in the roadshow the '34m users' was touted extensively as the target. It'll probable be another tech company that never will pay a dividend and make perpetual losses funded by idiots getting caught in the headlights of a over bullish broker roadshows.
These tech stocks are like buying an investment property for capital gains only. No need for cashflow hey! The big difference is one is tangible and will always give you some asset value, the other is intangible and you could lose the lot.
