    4 major new customers, I would like to know the names, and reason for take up (trial or what), and the costings associated. Mr Kent started role as CEO in December and Merchant dropped their call for Feb meeting after brash words in the press, and were given a board seat. We will have to see where this goes from here, but there must be a plan for the future that has to be disclosed to all SH.
