I Can only assume that next quarterly forecast costs would be to finalise new acquisition/acquisitions and to get the new show up and running. Consultants, new appointments, getting new management structures set up , etc.
This is a very good position to be in for a shell structure with corporate take over specialists at the helm, and a huge pot of cash. Just need to be patient.
