Does anyone else see the company loaning a related party approx....

Does anyone else see the company loaning a related party approx. $6m (item 2.3) ? If so has it been sent to keep the Hemp business afloat?

I think this line item needs a bit of commentary. If they have really sent it $6m then the Hemp business it will change investors view of the buy back price.

Also the $6m loan (item 2.3) to other entities needs confirmation that these funds have not been sent to a shareholder entity.
