I have a friend in Germany who's daughter will be undergoing the treatment this year as she turns 18 years old. He said that he would not have to pay at all since the cost is subsidised by the government. Although if he had to pay, he would have done it too. The girl has suffered enough not being able to enjoy normal life like other teenagers do. She has been spending most of the time indoor only.
