Pages 38-40 discusses the Parent Co. financial dealings.....i.e AFT
Before we all get to excited about a possible "renaissance" of the stock
there is the small matter of an AFT "non-current liability" sum of around
$3.2 million that has yet to be discussed by the new management
in terms of repayment/structure and how this debt will be addressed in terms
of the Balance Sheet...going forward.
